We offer our clients a 24 hour 365 day emergency service, with a duty vet and nurse available at all times.
With emergency staff at the hospital 24 hours a day you won’t waste time with an answer machine but will always be able to speak directly to our duty emergency team and they will be able to give you advice or see your pet at the Hospital.
If your pet suffers an accident, injury or becomes suddenly unwell at any time of day - in most emergencies it is recommended that you bring your pet directly to the Hospital.
- Please telephone us before you leave so that we can help you assess the urgency of the condition, give advice and so we can be prepared for your arrival.
- We will be able to advise you over the telephone of the best ways to move your pet into a vehicle and to the Hospital and can be there to assist when you arrive.
- In most cases of emergency it is not appropriate for us to visit you at home as our full emergency team, best facilities and equipment cannot be brought to your pet and a home visit simply delays the time before your pet receives our best care.
